I beams

I-beams

Material: I-beams are typically made from carbon steel or low-alloy high-strength structural steel. Common materials include Q235 and Q345.
Application Fields: I-beams are widely used in construction projects, bridge construction, and industrial plants. They are primarily used for load-bearing and supporting structures, helping to distribute loads and enhance the stability of the structure.

I-beams are steel materials with a cross-section shaped like the letter “I,” characterized by good strength and stability. The shape of I-beams allows them to effectively resist bending and shear forces when under load, making them suitable for various load-bearing and supporting structures. I-beams can be divided into hot-rolled I-beams and cold-bent I-beams; the former is typically used in most construction applications, while the latter is used in applications requiring special cross-sectional shapes.
