Polystyrene Sandwich Panel

Polystyrene Sandwich Panel

Material: The core material of polystyrene sandwich panels is polystyrene (EPS), and the panels are usually made of steel plates, aluminum plates or other composite materials.

Application areas: Polystyrene sandwich panels are widely used in building exterior walls, interior walls, roofs, partitions, etc., especially in construction projects that require good thermal insulation performance and lightweight structures, such as cold storage, industrial plants, offices and residential buildings.

Polystyrene sandwich panels are a structural composite material consisting of two layers of face sheets and a polystyrene foam core layer in the middle. The panels have excellent thermal insulation properties, are lightweight and high strength, and are corrosion resistant. Polystyrene sandwich panels are often used for building components that require higher thermal insulation performance. The core material polystyrene provides excellent insulation, while the face sheets increase the strength and durability of the panels.
